ABOUT THE EVENT
The Meet & Greet takes place just before The Sanctuary Open Mic, which occurs weekly at The Greenhouse Lounge & Wellness Center. There is a $5 charge to remain and enjoy the event until 11 PM.
At the Meet & Greet, you will have the opportunity to meet Coach Shulanda Barnett, an exceptional menopause and fitness health coach who will share her expertise. Additionally, Keya McClain, the healing pen coach, will be present to offer her insights on using writing as a tool for emotional healing.
